Health Professions Education Foundation - Programs and Applications

• Allied Healthcare Scholarship (AHS)
  Priority will be given to students enrolled or accepted into, medical imaging, medical Laboratory technology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, respiratory care, social work, pharmacy, pharmacy technician, surgical technician, ultrasound technician, and diagnostic medical sonography.
• Associate Degree Nursing Scholarship (ADN)
• Bachelor of Science Nursing Scholarship (BSN)
• Bachelor of Science Nursing Loan Repayment Program (BSNLRP)
  BSN graduates only.
• Health Professions Education Scholarship (HPSP)
  Certified Nurse Midwifery, Dental Hygienists, Dentists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants students.
• Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP)
  Certified Nurse Midwifery, Dental Hygienists, Dentists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants graduates may only apply.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse Loan Repayment Program (LVNLRP)
  LVN graduates may only apply.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse to Associate Degree Nursing Scholarships (LVN to ADN)
  LVN graduates must first apply to the Foundation's Associate Degree Nursing Scholarship, if rejected, may then apply for this scholarship.
• Licensed Mental Health Services Provider Education Program (LMHSPEP)
  Registered or Licensed Psychologists, Registered or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Registered or Licensed Clinical Social Workers may only apply.
• Steven M. Thompson Physician Corp Loan Repayment Program (STLRP)
  Licensed physicians may only apply.
• Vocational Nurse Scholarship (VN)
